I cant speak highly enough of my lawyer Nadia Michaud or of Tandem in general. During a very messy and difficult custody battle, that lasted over a year, Nadia and Tandem helped answer my questions and put up with me (I know i can be overwhelming and frustrating at times). The office was also bright and comforted me whenever i had appointments. It felt homey and made the bad situation less stressful for everyone involved. Going back to Nadia Michaud, my lawyer, for a second: Nadia was very patient and to the point. She didnt sugar coat things but she was also friendly. I called and explained our situation. I was told it would be communicated to the relevant lawyer/legal aide so that we can get more information. An appointment was set and we got a call. The lawyer/legal aid who called wasn't given all the information. They were unaware of how to help us (which is ok, it was a tricky situation) but we were assured someone would get back to us within the week. That was 2 weeks ago! So we moved on...but just wanted to leave some advice.. of you are unable to help just say it.. don't leave people in limbo.
