This is not a lawyer I would recommend someone using if they are looking for professionalism. I flew in from out of Province for the closing date on my property to be told it was going to be a few more days, he was not done the work that was suppose to be done by the closing date. I insisted that he finish the close as required. I had to wait at the office for hours for this to happen. When he returned with the keys for the property I was waiting outside with my family ( We had no where to go, I did not currently live in the Province), and he threw them at me, said nothing and turned around and went into his office. I guess that meant our transaction was done.
