Hardly the lowest price, but reasonably convenient. I usually have a local lawyer notarize documents for me and he charges $40. The same service here cost me $90. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes to see the lawyer, who was prompt and efficient. However, given the cost, I'll be going back to my regular lawyer next time.

My husband and I had to notarize some documents. Did a research and found Walk – In Notary that was really closed to our house. We went there without scheduling an appointment. The receptionist was welcoming. Wait time of not even two minutes for the Notary (George Demetriou) to come and meet us. We had our documents notarized within 10 minutes. Our first experience in a walk-in Notary Office....it was amazing. I would gladly refer their name to all my friends.

Walk-In Notary was great! Came in during the week, didn't have to wait very long before meeting with George. He was really nice and very professional, looked over all my forms carefully and answered all my questions. Had my forms notarized without any problems, I was out of there in less than half an hour. Friendly and great service, highly recommend it! The building was a little hard to find, it's the first building when you turn in from Hurontario street into Robert Speck (I almost missed it).

They wouldn't do the notary. I came in with a Volkswagen settlement and they didn't like the wording. They asked me to call Volkswagen to see if they could edit the contract. After an hour on hold, Volkswagen said I need to go to a different notary if they're not willing to sign. So, I went down the street to a different notary and they signed, no problems.

Very unpleasant experience. Pricey and unprofessional. It was 4:15 pm and I had to have their signature on one document that they failed to print out. The lady in their suggested that I go and print it out elsewhere and come back for the signature. Given that it is an urgent affair, I did as they suggested and showed up again (did my best) at 4:50 (before closure at 5). But she refused to see me and to sign the document, although I am a returning client, claiming that it is late now. I wasted my time for nothing. Courtesy and common sense were totally absent in there.
