Their charges are extremely exaggerated - they are very expensive. You may easily find law firms in the same vicinity those are charging almost half of what they are charging. They never cautioned me about the fact they are almost twice as expensive as compared to other firms in the same locality. On top of it, when you complain about it they are arrogant enough to snub you and divert the focus of the discussion towards their legacy. My sincere advice to all of you is that there are about a dozen notaries in the same vicinity, just go to them rather then getting yourself robbed over here. Call anyone of the notary in the vicinity, ask about their rates/charges, take an appointment and go to them . You will save yourself a fortune by following these simple steps. Remember - a penny saved is a penny earned!!

Honest review Lawyer is kind and knowledgeable to deal with affidavits and helpful too but I called twice and checked twice for the rate that has been said to me on call which is 15 CAD for a single document to be notarized and I went over there after I compare the prices from many other notary places that I can find on internet. But over there lawyer told me the cost is 60 bucks for the single document to be notarized and he can't negotiate his price as it's firm. Although he charged me 30 bucks as mentioning that you already came to my office so will give you discount this one time. And after asking that I confirmed the price with receptionist, he said that she works from home Either receptionist doesn't know the prices or it's a trap according to my opinion but overall this place is good as my work is done within 2 minutes of meeting with the person.

Excellent service very honest staff, will recommend to everyone I know all other notary public in the city are very expensive and I don’t know why in the US it is cheap $5-10 but in Mississauga or Hamilton it is $40 that’s lot after hours are more human they only charge what is supposed to be charged they are not taking advantage of your situation

I felt notary service was very expensive. With respect to professionalism and time it was ????good. But when i read reviews it was mentioned as cheap and good price. But i was charged 90 dollars for 2 pages which is way higher than any other place. I suggest it would be good if you can post the costs in google so that it will be good at both ends.
