Despite the delays from the statement of adjustments, pushing the mortgage paper work near the possession date and literally received the mortgage instructions a day before possession date, they have managed to prepare all documents and close the sale. We got the house keys on possession date itself without delay.

Used them as they were recommended by my realestate agent. Will not use again. I have asked 4 times for a break down of funds and have been told (when I have been replied to) that they will have it "this afternoon" and never more of an explaination. I was paid out 2 months ago and still have no idea where all the money went as I have never received a break down even though I have asked repeatedly. As for the response below, you have my email address, I have asked 4 times by EMAIL for the beakdown. Try emailing it. And 17 days after you say it was sent nothing was received by email or mail.
