Very disappointed with Chad Schaan. Information at the initial consultation was misleading. This resulted in a delay in our payment from the house sale. When I asked him to send me a document by email he told me he was out out town - maybe next week. He neglected to mention that the next week he would be away from the office. My overall feeling was that our family's case was not a priority. Didn't seem to make much effort to respond to our needs. Questionable ethics and integrity.

Stay away. Weirdly these people make you believe that the taxes are not included anymore when you buy a property and when you decide to retract from the sale for that reason they change their mind and says it's a mistake in their papers. They tried that on many people. And seems like an agent is always part of that thing that looks very much like a scam along with the lawyers. Be aware.
