My partner dealt with this law firm and we have been absolutely astonished by how incompetent, lazy and overpriced they are. Avoid at all cost. The notary that we dealt with was very unprofessional and spoke ill of another client of theirs, which was uncalled for and very immature.

Worst experience ever! Avoid at all cost! I had a family court matter and they were representing me. After the court date, the lawyer I had cut-off all contact with me and a different lawyer called back 2 days before my following court date mentioning that I still had a balance due and that they were no longer going to represent me. Once that lawyer checked his stuff and realized that I had no balance due, he said he'd take my case for 15$ (per hour) more than the previous lawyer (185 instead of 170). He also said he wouldn't charge for the first meeting since I'd basically be repeating myself. I got a 1500$ bill charged at 350$ per hour (with him having done nothing for the case) including the meeting aforementioned. When brought to his attention, he replied to take the bill the the Barreau to challenge the bill. People go to lawyers when they're in time of need... These people will not help you and take your money for it.

Après presque 9 mois j’ai fait des recherches pour trouver de la jurisprudence sur ma cause et lui en fait part. A ce moment elle demande à un collègue Me Gourde-Pinet de me contacter pour me dire que ma cause est sur la mauvaise instance et que je doit être en Cour supérieur section commerciale et non Cour du Québec, j’ai bien mentionner que je voulais en aucun cas recommencer à zéro car à ce moment de ma cause je suis déjà rendu à pres de 15,000,00 ce qu’ont ma bien rassuré et que je devrais seulement débourser dans les 900$ pour me retrouver à la même place que j’étais dans ma première démarche en cour du Québec. Bien la que je reçois une facture de 3155,95$ pour une autre demande introductive qui avait déjà été préparé et envoyé dans ma première cause. A ÉVITER
