I received the documents more than 45 days after signing, I am very understanding of the delay however I was outside during this week so the documents left at my door spent several days in the rain and are now illegible, soggy. I try many times to get in touch with the firm and the assistant to Maître Nolet, but my calls and emails go unanswered for over a month. The check for $ 1,400 is cashed and I find myself in a bind without the documents I paid for ... After a radio silence of more than a month I managed to get in touch through the receptionist of the cabinet. They also respond 24 hours after writing this review on goodle, I am then entitled to blackmail for obtaining the documents that I paid for and which are still not sent: Master Nolet: "I can tell you today that I am not at all inclined to resend documents to you if such a message remains on Google. Your documents will only be re-mailed, where possible for us, after your derogatory message has been removed. " (Original) J'ai fait affaire avec maître Nolet pour l'acquisition d'un condo. Je suis très déçu du service à la clientèle offert et des réponses non professionnelles reçues. J' ai reçu les documents plus de 45 jours après la signature, je suis très compréhensive du délais cependant j'étais à l'extérieur durant cette semaine donc les documents laissés à ma porte ont passés plusieurs jours sous la pluie et sont dorénavant illisibles, détrempés. J'essais à maintes reprises d'entrer en contact avec le cabinet et l'assistante de maître Nolet mais mes appels et courriels restent sans retour pendant plus d'un mois. Le chèque de 1400$ est encaissé et je me retrouve dans une impasse sans les documents pour lesquels j'ai payés... Après un silence radio de plus d'un mois je réussi à entrer en contacte par le biais de la réceptionniste du cabinet. Ils répondent également 24h après avoir écrit cet avis sur goodle, j'ai alors droit à du chantage pour l'obtention des documents que j'ai payé et qui ne sont toujours pas envoyés: maître Nolet:"je peux vous mentionnez aujourd’hui que je ne suis plus du tout enclin à vous expédiez de nouveau les documents si un tel message demeure sur Google. Vos documents seront posté à nouveau, lorsqu’il sera possible pour nous, uniquement une fois votre message désobligeant soit retiré."
