We recently became part of a house purchase. It should have been straight forward but the contractor selling the house became unreasonably difficult, reneging on promises and delaying the close. His lawyer was unpleasant. What we really needed in this situation was a patient, determined and caring lawyer who was trying to be fair to all parties. We felt that Adam genuinely had our back and that no one could have represented us better. He was available and responsive and his charges were more than fair. The best part is that he really listens in an exceptional way so that his legal advice was just what we needed.
