Absolutely wonderful service from literally everyone we talked to at this office! We had a time sensitive closing on a Friday afternoon, and they went the extra mile to make sure things got to the bank before they closed! They are very approachable and did a very good job of explaining the paperwork in a way that you understood (even while dealing with a cranky toddler and the 5000 things that happen while trying to move!). Will definitely use them again next time we're in the area!

Due to circumstances out of our control closing for our purchase was nearing the end of day without keys in sight (leading into a long weekend). We chose Primeau Law to help with the sale of our home as they are locally based and had received good reviews. From the first call I was left feeling not convinced, the receptionist seemed vague and disinterested and got some of our details wrong. We heard nothing from them for several weeks until our realtor contacted us to say he had been contacted and they (Primeau Law) had said that they couldn't complete on the agreed date and we should get a new lawyer!! When my wife called to find out what was going on the staff member she spoke to was at best unhelpfull and at worst downright rude. We took their advice and got another lawyer!! Later in the day I get a message offering us a $100 discount if we will continue with them!! Very unprofessional organization.

When I phoned, a partner told me to send a bunch of information. Then, no response. They wasted my time (a) compiling the information and (b) waiting for a response that never came. Also, dishonest, not honoring the commitment to respond.
