Very bad service. Some girl in the office hung up on me. Saira herself carries attitude and not professional at all. Poor communication. No customer service. Now please don't reply back saying, I was never your customer or I have the wrong office. This review is for Saira Khan and her assistant - I forgot her name but please stay away from her. She has no respect for anyone.

Shady business practice. Was misquoted (probably on purpose) over phone and then was charged more after work was finished. What they quoted was PER DOCUMENT (their words), but they charged PER PAGE. They were not upfront about that, should have been transparent. Also, they rushed the work and made a mistake (skipped a page in between) so I had to go back the next day to correct THEIR mistake, which they wanted to charge more money for. The man had the audacity to blame me for his negligence. Learn to pay attention! All you do is stamp papers and can't even do that right. Complete lack of professionalism. They give the brown community a bad name. Update: They have posted some fake reviews to improve their star rating. See how some accounts only have one review? Makes you wonder.
