Got the interest rate wrong on my mortgage documents and when I pointed it out just said, "that's still pretty good!" Then sent a meth head to my office with the revised documents. Absolutely do not use these people they are insane and incompetent.

We used Lawyer's Title for our closing and had Judy a our closing agent. She was very helpful for the process. She handled the idiosyncracies of USAA's closing process as well, which was fantastic. Also, this little office is funny. You go through the door on NW 23rd Pl's side, and right by the parking lot near Cost Plus World Market. Then you go up these metal stairs and come to a very nice office. It is really tucked away in the building, so it is very unassuming.

This is a very incompetent company. I had to call them to keep my closing on track at least once every step. I called three times before getting the payment information, they printed the legal sized signing documents on regular paper which meant we had to print, sign, and scan the documents again ourselves, and I had to call multiple times to remind them to pick up the original documents. If it were left to them, we would have had to push out our close date. I’d highly suggest using a competent company when you’re dealing with a half a million dollar purchase; don’t use Lawyers Title.

Lawyer's Title in person classes where wonderful but their transition to zoom is a way to allow social distancing and provide greater depth and knowledge in tremendous way.

Our escrow agent Kristine Huynh and her assistant Kristin Currier were always available and ready to help. Both have great communication skills, and are very knowledgeable. For what could have been a very complicated process became a very smooth and seamless transaction. The closing went off without a hitch and on time! BEWARE. I called and talked to a title agent who couldn't answer a single question, and who could not point me in the right direction. He did not know the right questions to ask and, on top of it all, was rude. This company provided title and escrow services for a loan that was not ultimately taken by the borrower, but could not locate the file to release the lien. At the end of the call, he just put me on hold and never.
