This place is amazing! Someone found my son's wallet and brought it in and Lake Union Mail paid to ship it to us as part of their "good samaritan rule". "Amy and the team" were extremely helpful by email as I was trying to solve this mystery. Thank you as well to the good samaritan who found my son's wallet and took the time to get it back to us!! Much appreciated!

If this location doesn't want to provide tape to customers for their prepaid packages, then they need to post an official sign so customers are aware. That's better than being rude and passive aggressive to customers and making them feel uncomfortable.

Got my passport photo here. Very easy, very quick, 8 bucks +tax. Then 1-5 was a nightmare, and I can't parallel park to save my butt, so I returned to mail the passport renewal. So easy. So quick. Took my email to make sure I had confirmation. Very good service.

I love this place. Everyone is so helpful and friendly! It is the perfect neighborhood shop- it has a feel that I believe is a rarity in current society. It honestly feels like they are trying to help you out with your task. They can compare all carriers for the best price to ship. I will never go to to a USPS again.

It is a complete rip off for printing. Mailing might be ok priced, but do not go here to print. They charge you $1.50 per page.. so 9 pages took 25 minutes. They're charging premium rates for out of date printers, less than par service time, as well as poor connections. Each page literally took two minutes to print. It would be fine at 50 cents a page or less but $1.50 is not compatible with the services.

I can say enough good about lake union mail. I had to cancel receiving mail at a place I had gotten it for 10 yrs. I didn't want to receive it at my residence on the chance that I might be moving. I called L.U.M. after having called a couple of others (incl UPS). The first question I asked was if they has after hours access. Jules the owner's response was No. I asked why! and he said because they want to know their customers. That was 2 yrs ago and I've been a happy there ever since. Aug 30, 2018 I just want to add that after over 3 yrs now and a change of ownership, the service and Staff at Lake Union mail are still awesome.
