(Translated) I emailed the lawyer and left three voicemail messages to correct a percentage ownership error. I finally managed to talk to someone at the front desk after a 2 week wait. Mr. Pinchiaroli finally called me back to say he would call me back by the end of the day or the next day. I haven't had any news for 4 days. The city of Montreal also tried to reach him on numerous occasions to proceed with the correction. At the price I paid I would expect better, error-free service! J’ai finalement réussi à parler à quelqu’un de la réception après 2 semaines d’attente. M. Pinchiaroli m’a finalement rappelé pour me dire qu’il allait me rappeler d’ici la fin de journée ou le lendemain. Je n’ai aucune nouvelle depuis 4 jours. La ville de Montréal a également tenté de le rejoindre à maintes reprises pour procéder à la correction. Au prix payé je m’attendrais à un service de meilleure qualité et sans erreur!
