Je sais que vous ne loue pas une salle de reception. Je ne suis pas agresive, mais je n’aime pas perdre mon temp ou quand la realité est cache, quand je l’impresion que l’autre veut me arnaquer; je me informe toujour avant de payer un service ou autre chose. Ce pour ca que je mis rating 1 star, pour mon temp perdu, et vous pansez que je suis agresive. Parce que la salle belle, en haut, avec la fenetre ronde, est belle, mais je parle pas de cette salle, mais de la salle au sousol avec les chaises jeune. Vous dite que votre building n’a pas de sousol, ‘’ Notre immeuble n'a d'ailleurs pas de sous-sol. ‘’ mais je vu sur Google map apres avoir parle avec vous la premiere fois, et vous avez dite que la salle est au red-chausse, que votre salle est en realité au sousol, regardez la verite vous-meme, la photo que vous avez sur votre site web, que vous-même l’avez mis sur votre site, et l’image de Google… Votre salle avec le chaises jeune est dans un autre bilding? Si oui, je m’excuse d’avance, mais je crois que je ne me trompe pas… Si vous avez de clients depuis 2011 qui apprecie un mariage au sousol, une celebration dans un lieu qui peut-etre été avant a storrage, good for them, mais moi, non! Je ne denigre pas votre service, mais seulement que je perdu le temp inutil, pour avoir des information qui ont valeur 0,00$... Bon chance avec vos clients, mais moi je ne vais pas être une cliente pour vous, desole!!!

My wife and I recently got married at Mona Salehi Notary, Pearl Terrace. Both we and our guests were fascinated with the place. Communication for the arrangements was quick and efficient. After contacting them on their website, we received an email with all the information we needed; fares, salons, information required by Quebec law, etc. On their website and social media, we found enough pictures to make our decision for the Pearl Terrace, and we couldn't be happier! It is also important to mention that they have Wi-Fi, so we had no problems streaming the ceremony to our family and friends who were not physically present. Mona and Aysha were a wonderful pair to work with! The process was as smooth and simple as could be, especially considering how exhaustive paperwork could be. The ladies did an excellent job of covering all the bases, making sure we were well informed on the marriage process and had great availability. On the day of the ceremony the hall was lovely, our friends and family easily found the place and loved the room and decor. Mona did a great job of doing our ceremony both in English and French and was very accommodating in allowing us a few minutes afterwards for pictures. As a side note, if you decide to go for a meal after your ceremony I absolutely recommend the restaurant Beatrice, where we went afterwards, they have a 3 course special for $25 at lunch and the food was divine, it makes overall for a really lovely experience. Overall, the process was simple, elegant and stress free, not much more you can ask for!

My husband and I just got married on the terrace at Mona Salehi Notary. Due to covid we never went to see the place first. It was a surprise which I liked. I found it difficult to see what the terrace looks like with the online photos but in the end and although it was a short walk down the aisle, the terrace was absolutely gorgeous! At first I wanted the gold room, and I did get to see that room while waiting to get married, it was very beautiful, however I am happy we ended up taking the terrace! With the scenery of trees, leaves, drapes and twinkling lights, we couldn't of found a more beautiful place! The notary and staff were really nice and down to earth and accommodating to our needs and likes. Right before the wedding I asked if I can have my own music to walk down the aisle and I wanted to walk with my dad, there were no problems. It made me so happy. The lady helping with the ceremony offered to take pictures for my MOH/photographer. She took beautiful photos and made it very special. During the ceremony they found a cute way to include everybody and it was very intimate. I would definitely recommend this Notary for your civil wedding. It is different than a church wedding for sure, more intimate and inclusive and beautiful scenery.

The notary part of the work was done well. Very nice and quick. However, the overall experience was extremely inconvenient for me. 1. Lack of Communication. I called in advance and told them specific documents I had. If they can't make photocopies of any documents bigger than letter sized documents, they should have CLEARLY told me in advance to make photocopies of it MY OWN before coming in. How I understood it was that, they CAN make the photocopy but it will be in letter-sized paper hence smaller than the original document which I said I was okay with. I went in, was told they can't photocopy it and had to find a photocopy centre myself, walked all the way there, paid and came back. Also, time to invest in a better photocopier if you're doing this for a business. 2. They only accept cash if it's under 100. Seriously? You couldn't have told me this when I called to make the appointment? I got a quote saying it'd be 80, and it would have been nice if you told me it can ONLY be paid in cash since it's under 100. I even checked beforehand on yelp and it clearly states they accept credit cards. I ended up having to walk to a random depanneur, pay the transaction fee to withdraw cash. All in all, it made my whole experience more difficult than it should have been. I had to make 2 unnecessary trips, wasting my time and money. This could have been avoided if someone had told me about it when I was booking the appointment over the phone.

Look no further , having used other notaries over the years I came to realize that they take a template make a few changes and voila , a few hundred dollars later you have a will that may be full of loose ends . My experience with Mona was an eye opener in terms of dealing with such an important matter. She is a great listener and clearly understood my requirements ,I got all the time I needed to express my wishes and NEVER felt rushed , after listening she made suggestions that made a lot of sense in terms of what was needed in forming the will and mandate so that when the time comes the executors would have no complications or loose ends. Her knowledge of law , her professionalism as well as quality of service by her and her team superb.

We got married here this weekend in their gold room and took pictures on their terasse. It was even better than we expected. The room was really nice with romantic vibes. The staff did a really good job; from doing the ceremony to taking pictures and keeping my baby from crying. I highly recommend this place. Absolutely loved our experience.
