Premièrement, ils m'ont facturés leurs frais avant même de faire la transaction, ce qui n'est plus permis. Ils m'ont par la suite appelés quelques jours avant mon achat pour me dire qu'ils se sont trompé et me chargeait plus cher. J'ai cependant refusé le surcoût pour le fait que j'avais déjà payé pour les services à recevoir. Je n'ai jamais reçu de retour d'appel de M. Boilard pour un suivi. Lors de la transaction j'ai été accuilli par M. Boilard qui était très arroguant et irrespectueux. Ils semblaient pressé et ne voulait pas faire son travail. Il a m' a même menacé de déchirer les papiers de la vente si je ne payais pas pour son erreur. Pour finir, j'ai reçu la facture quelques jours plus tard et le total était modifié au stylo et ne reflétait même pas les chiffres de la facture. Un notaire à éviter absolument.
