My agent has been sending this notary some clients for a few years. I am quite surprised that they have not filed a complaint against him. As a commissioner of oath he is in charge of signing important documents and making sure that the file of the client is in order. He must have full awareness of the contents of your file and documents needed to complete the file and ensure a legal seal of approval. Being a notary is an important part of of sealing and legalizing important documents. I would not by far trust mr Jean Pierre quesnel with my will or deed of sale. Our money is good to accept mr quesnel but we as clients mean nothing!!!! He overlooked an important part of my file and I should file a complaint with the chamber des notaires du Quebec. Apres j’ai parlé avec Jean Pierre de lui dire, vous êtes un menteur, un vrais menteur, imagine, un notaire professionnel pour avoir un montant de 58.64$ de plus, il a menti à ses client, c’est incroyable. je ne recommande jamais à mes amis….
