Went today because the grandparents decided they wanted to take my daughter to the states tomorrow. Luckily I was recommended this walk-in notary from a Facebook FOCKers (Free or Cheap Kitchener) group. Quick and painless, also reasonable priced. Would recommend and definitely will return.

Anita is super professional. I went in walkin and waited for only 5 minutes as she was busy with a client. She greeted me in the waiting area and walked me to her cabin.she notarized my document within 5 minutes. It was raining hard and I asked her if she can give me an envelope. She didn't had any as it wasn't part of the service. But she was super nice to manage to take out the papers from one of her files and she provided me that folder. Thank you Anita once again .

Do not go to this notary I can't even say the reason for why I would say do not go here because Google will censor this review. For obvious reasons let's just say these are bad people making bad decisions in society. I called the region of Waterloo talked to bylaw officers and they told me personally that they would never require this business to practice there unethical behavior. Do not believe their excuse that they are being strong armed by the government because they are not.

You MUST be injected ("vaccinated") to go inside the building. If you don't have taken the injection, you are wasting your time because only people who have the injection can go inside the building. Take your money elsewhere and avoid. They just lost my business.

Watch out! I chose to NOT receive a digital copy, but I still got charged. However, it has been 3 days, I didn't receive any kinds of digital copy even I have paid. Be aware and check your receipt before you leave the office.

They want their clients to be native speakers disregarding all the immigrants who's English isn't very good in a country like Canada that has tons of immigrants. Otherwise, you pay $90+tax for an affidavit!!! Scam! They charge $40 to notorize but over $100 because your English isn't good!! The lady interrogated my mother, 84 years old, in English and of course my mom got nervous and couldn't answer the simplest question. They expect everybody to know the name of the document in English, even elderly people from other countries. I didn't even know what an affidavit is until I looked it up and I studied English all my life, and the reason is that it's a legal term that not eveybody knows unless you have studied law or did that kind of document before. They wasted our time yesterday. My husband had to take time off work from his paid vacation to go tho their office for nothing. At least mention that your clients have to be fluent in English on your website so you don't waste our time! Very disappointed!
