I hired the firm Thomson & Gowsell LLP to perform a title search for the purposes of making a land purchase. Lawyers did not inform me of a discrepancy in size of the land between Title at Land Registry and the sale agreement. After the closing of the sale I got a letter from MPAC which revealed the discrepancy. The problem remains unresolved.
