He was able to break everything down for us, ie. how much money would be needed for the sale of our house to buy the new house, interest rates, different lenders and their pros and cons, as well he was very knowledgeable with new builds and Tarrion warranties. We were very happy with him. We had some issues due to the fact I myself was on mat leave 2 years ago and all lenders refused to use the income from the year of my maternity leave because it’s technically E.I. Hernan fought for us, explained that I was just simply on mat leave and helped us get the proper paperwork required in order to obtain a new mortgage on a new house. He was very accommodating as well as went out of his way to keep in contact with us. I would receive emails long after he had left work. He had offered to come to us to meet with us when we were unable to meet with him. Hands down the best ! It was great to feel like Hernan was working with us and was happy to help us. It never felt like we were just a paycheque or a joe somebody. We always felt like his main priority.he took time to sit with us and explain everything. If you plan on working with this company do not use Linda Ross. She seemed to know what she was doing but then tried to pre-approve me for more than I should have been pre-approved for. I had to find another lender that would approve my financing at the last minute and had to delay my conditions being waived. She also advised me that one financial institution would not approve me due to something. I contacted them directly and they had no idea what she was talking about. I told people I was using her as my broker and got multiple horror stories that I didn't believe. She eventually showed me her true colours. Stay away!

He was very patient and understanding of mine and my boyfriends needs, as we were first time home buyers and did not know a lot about what was involved!
