I don’t even like rating this office one star. Let me start this with complete and utter abomination of what’s wrong with lawyers. Long story short drafted mirror wills and changed one will when one was terminally ill with cancer never taking instructions from client but their accountant and never did capacity test or question undue influence. Against code of ethics never even told other spouse. Now spending $$$$$ in court. If you want to keep your money go somewhere else!!! Please be warned!

Terrible customer service, doesn't fight for her clients interests, completely unprofessional in manner and paperwork (resulting in extra days in a custody dispute) with a complete lack of caring or concern over thier clients. Refused to have a meeting with her client because she brought her 1 year old with her (she's a single mom), made mistakes on paperwork in regards to giving extra days in a custody dispute, admitted to mistakes then tried suggesting that the mistake was better anyway.... Didn't fight for her client, instead tried to make things easier for herself. Every meeting was seen as an "inconvenience" to her and completely rude. Lawyer (Kendra Goertzen) didn't care at all about issues/concerns presented to her. Made a single mother come down multiple times for meaningless small discussions, which could easily be handled in one email or phone call just to rack up billable hours with no concern of her clients needs. Never seen a client get treated or talked to in the manner that Kendra Goertzen did, completely unacceptable to treat someone like that, period.

Believe me when I say avoid this place. These people should not be allowed to practice law. The unprofessionalism and lack of ethics is staggering. Trust the negative reviews and go elsewhere.

Needed a document notarized, in and out of the building in less then 1/2 an hour. Not only was this the least expensive place in the surrounding area but it was completed the same day I inquired. Other places around town want to charge $50 - $150 and would of taken up to 2 days to be completed, I was able to get mine completed within 3 hours of inquiring and less then $40 taxes in. THANKS for the prompt service!

AT LEAST THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS FRIENDLY. BEYOND THAT PEOPLE THERE DO NOT REALLY CARE WANT I HAD TO SAY. AS A RESULT OF GOING HERE I LOST MY OFFER TO PURCHASE ON A HOUSE. THEN THE BILL ARRIVED.

I thought lawyers were supposed to abide by a code of ethics - not at this law firm. PLEASE do not trust your matters with this firm. I left my meeting in tears. Lawyers are supposed to work for you, not against you. Honestly, go ANYWHERE else. Avoid this place like the plague.
