I am visiting Manitoba from British Columbia and required a document to be witnessed by a Notary. It was an emergency situation. I had gotten into town last night, phoned Alicia and she said she would come to me and be here at 9am! And she did just that! The other places that I phoned around to ask about appointments and witnessing the document were expensive and difficult. This service she is offering is brilliant, she's a super sweet lady and I loved when she said she doesn't charge a lot because she doesn't need to be rich, she just needs a salary!!!
