AVOID AT ALL COSTS , regarding real estate law ,yes shes cheap but its not worth the struggle in the long run . Carolyn has made my first home buying experience absolute hell. She did our paperwork incorrect & we are still dealing with issues months after our possession.

This is a very good lawyer for getting a Power Of Attorney,Last Will &Testament,Estate Issues.If you need to get some of these done I would highly recommend Brotman &Cramer.This firm also does Committeeships for elderly parents that you need to take of.This firm is one of the best in Winnipeg.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Fought us on what we wanted, didn't have a computer or printer to see or work on documents, lied about readiness of documents, and charged an arm and a leg for the headache and stress. Avoid at all costs. Would NEVER recommend. We found a much better lawyer who commented that others have only had terrible things to say as well.
