Took someone else to get their paperwork done but I set up the appointment for them. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. When I took in the person who needed their services, the notary explained everything thoroughly and I would definitely recommend their services.

The lady who answers the phones at this office is extremely rude. I called this morning to inquire about having a document notarized and she cut me off mid-sentence, demanded my name and then transferred me without any warning. She seemed to resent the fact that I even called there in the first place. Not a good way to do business at all. I won't be calling there ever again.

Got my marriage licence papers from them. All they had to do is copy our info from our ID and they messed that up. When we were getting married through everything going on and a cold day we signed the papers. sure enough someone made a type on my wife's birthday. NOT THAT HARD TO GET RIGHT GUYS. Cost me an extra $80 Totally unprofessional with everything from start to finish but I will make sure everyone I know doesn't go here.

I would NOT use them again as our personal information was given out to their employee a Cheyenne Labbe who we rented too. We recently started a police file for all the stolen items she took not mention she destroyed our house. I am shocked and appalled by this behavior. I would NOT trust my personal documents and files with a company like this...who hires people like this.

Giving 1 star because zero is not possible. Made an appointment with this notary for 4:00 PM, was very clear that it was to have a loan agreement witnessed. The day before the appointment get a call from the receptionist stating the notary has a prior engagement at 4:00, can we make it 3:00, total inconvenience because now the other party has to arrange to leave work an hour earlier on a Friday. But we make it work. Arriving at the Notary at 3:00, we are informed she had to step out, but will be back. About 3:15 she returns, she takes the loan agreement and says she need to familiarize herself with it, which is fine. About 5 minutes later she comes out of her office and says “she refuses to sign a loan agreement”, implying it is beneath her, stating she is “not a glorified witness”, not offering any rational reason why a notary would not sign a legal document. We tried to ask why and again she stated she is not a glorified witness, anyone can witness a loan agreement, basically gave us the feeling she was too good to take our money for her to witness our signatures. Perhaps you should train your receptionist that you do not wish to witness loan agreements, that would have saved us all a lot of hassle. Sorry to tell you but a Notary “IS” a glorified witness, you are paid money (a lot of it) to witness signatures.

I needed 6 notarized signatures on documents that my out-of-town lawyer prepared. The notary had me sign a document stating that they did not prepare the documents and that they are not responsible for anything I sign. However, he still charged me $168 for the 6 signatures saying that it was because they were land title transfer documents and therefore it's more expensive than just a signature. It shouldn't matter what kind of documents they were as he was simply witnessing signatures, especially when he had me sign the form that said he wasn't responsible for anything. Very hypocritical! I think he saw the sale price on the land title transfer form and decided he could charge me whatever he wanted. Don't go there. Highway robbers!

I called for information as my deceased father used them. The english or aussie receptionist was RUDE and OBNOXIOUS and hung up on me. I would NEVER use this company ever! She obviously needs to be in another job, as she can't even act like a proper human being. 0 out of 10 rating! I will NEVER use this company again!

Called there twice for information. First time spoke to a female who who did not seem happy to provide general information regarding services. Called back a second time to make an appointment as I live in West Kelowna and there seem to be limited options for notaries on this side of lake. This time spoke to a male who appeared to have the same attitude as his female counterpart. I made an appointment with a notary on Leon Ave in Kelowna, where the person who answered the phone was extremely helpful and accommodating. First impressions make a difference.

Called there today for a fee on a particular service. She was abrupt when she answered the phone and when she discovered the nature of my call said" I'll have to transfer you to the person who does estimates".No one answered my transferred call and the receptionist never came back on the line. Bizarre intro to a company.

Amazing service! Derrick and his staff are attentive and knowledgeable. And we had to return for one more item to be notarized and he didn’t charge us for that. Such a relief to have someone who knows what they are doing and quick efficient service. Thank you.
