It was not an easy task to find a Notary in the timeframe I required on the day I required in the area I required, during a pandemic. However, Hannah at Lakeside was able to arrange the signing in a way that worked with what I needed. Throughout, she was friendly and professional. It was a high stress moment for me! Terrible customer service! Took paperwork in in April and checked to see what was going on in July and they couldn’t even find our file! No sorry, no explanation. Nothing had been done. Two months of wasted time waiting for items to be notarized. It was very strange. Went down the street to another notary and had the paperwork done in 15 minutes!
