Jide' Afolabi was the lady with whom we dealt, and her calm competence was exactly what I needed at just that time, after being shunted from one unhelpful organization to another. She was quick and helpful, and had us on our way in ten minutes. Thank you SO much, and we will definitely be back if I need another document notarized in my immigration journey!

I was expecting a big office with a few people in it but walked into a little office with one person. Sandra was super. I needed something notarized at the last minute, found this place through a google search, called a few times and went over. No appointment is necessary and Sandra is friendly. This “service” has been awful, I went to the office on John St in Oshawa, because the website says no appointment needed. I was there at 930am the office was closed. The number called said appointments are required only through the website? The website says no appointment needed. I was able to track down a time 2pm went back at 2pm waited until 230pm still no one. Maybe have the website match the phone message. Just terrible.
