I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Hodson and, in fact highly recommend him. Mr. Hodson and his “very qualified” team went above and beyond to assist my husband. They ensured that his rights were protected, including rights under immigration law. As an American and permanent resident of Canada, they ensured that there were no implications of being deported. Mr. Hodson also is very experienced in fighting for the rights of people with mental health issues. Before hiring Mr. Hodson, my husband had to endure the unfair treatment of the Justice System, facing two counts of assault and multiple years jail term. He should have, in fact, been apprehended under the Mental Health ACT, taken to the hospital and treated for his medication that had severely become unbalanced. HE DID NOT BELONG IN JAIL. From the 911 call taker all the way through the court system, all were made aware of the lengthy history of mental health issues that he was being treated for. Instead he was taken to a jail where he endured four months of hell that took its toll on his mental and physical health. Mr. Hodson and his Associate fought hard and were relentless in fighting for justice for my husband and in the end, my husband was released on a conditional “discharge”. We are forever grateful to Mr. Hodson and his team for giving my husband back his freedom and dignity.

I was in a case with mister Hodson in March 14/2019 was insured that everything was going to be taken care of seeing it was my first offence ever. Was on legal aid at the time because I was unable to work at the time because of injuries. The case went on for about a year seeing it dragged out because there where so many things screwed up in court office so I was told by Dave many of times mean while day come before trial date was told all charges where being Dropped for Good I was not going to have a criminal record or any conditions like probation and then once my charges were dropped I was able to press pending charges on these so-called victims.The lied through their teeth I am manipulated the law to try an get me into trouble an jail time an at the end of everything I was lied to still got probation out of it an never got any justice once my charges where dropped !

Can't even rate him as a one star. The professionalism of this man is absolutely disgusting and beyond pathetic. Does not inform clients if there proper choices steals there money and lets them get nailed to a wall. Lied in court and to his own Client. Couldn't even have the decency to speak a word to his Client just walks away. Such a waste of money. The most disrespectful lawyer ever reads the law book in the middle of a trial save your money he's a con and a crook

Do not hire this "lawyer' under any circumstances. He took $4000 from my son and did absolutely nothing for him. He didn't show up at court but instead each time sent his assitant (a student) and ask for another court date. He just kept asking for more money so eventually my son used duty council to represent him. One star rating is a stretch.
