I have been searching for a place to get car insurance so the first thing I did was ask my friends in North bay on Facebook who they used and who they liked. I got a few responses but the only one that came up multiple times was The Co-operators. One of my friends sent me a message with a phone number and said it was someone that worked there. I went online and looked up this one on airport road. I filled out an online form and asked to be notified by email. 24 hours went by and I still had not received an mail so I tried texting the mobile number I was given and never got a responses. I then tried calling in and was told they would transfer me to someone else and that I could expect to wait a day to hear back. I was then transferred to a line that went to an answering machine I left my name and number and it said I would hear from them by the end of the next day. It is now the next day they are closed and I still never received a call or an email. I have a car waiting at a car lot for me to get insurance and have wasted two full days just trying to get a person to talk to.

Great place!! Been more than accommodating, polite, and professional! Very understanding with my life situation and even helped me out with covid as I was in a terrible spot financially.ni would recommend the Co Operators to anyoyne!!! If you don't have them.... Your missing out!
