Most humble lawyer ever and that's just scratching the surface. Has the best prices in all of Kamloops and doesn't over charge like the other places no extra $150 dollars to open a filing cabinet... I called eight notaries/lawyers to get an idea of costs for real estate conveyancing, and was surprised to find ranges from $1000-$1600! Stephen Griffiths was $995 and was efficient, friendly, and thorough. He was also one of the only people who picked up his phone the first time I called (several others didn't answer or took a long time to respond to my voicemail).
