(Translated) Very disappointed with my experience at Les Notaires Munger and Fillion. I gave them a mandate in February and here we are 5 months later and the mandate has never been completed. I carried out many very courteous follow-ups to see the progress of the file without having any answers for more than 6 weeks. (I was only asking for an estimate of when the warrant would be completed) I have sent numerous emails and phone messages with no response. When I finally got a response, they told me they were no longer interested in my case and recommended that I look elsewhere. I asked that they reimburse me for the fees I paid for opening the account since they never completed the job they originally promised. They refused to reimburse the costs. I was very bitter about my experience with Notaries Munger and Fillion. (Original) Très décu de mon expérience chez Les Notaires Munger et Fillion. Je leur avait donné un mandant au mois de Février et nous voilà 5 mois plus tard et le mandat n'à jamais été complété. J'ai effectué de nombreux suivis très courtoie pour voir l'avancement du dossier sans avoir aucune réponses pendant plus de 6 semaines. (je demandait seulement d'avoir un estimé de quand le mandat serait effectué) J'ai envoyer de nombreux courriels et messages téléphonique sans réponse. Lorsque j'ai finalement eu une réponse, ont m'a dit qu'ils n'était plus intéressé par mon dossier et ils me recommandait d'aller voir ailleurs. J'ai demandé qu'ils me remboursent les frais que j'avais payé pour l'ouverture du compte puisque ils n'ont jamais complété le travail qu'ils avaient promis à la base. Ils ont refusé de remboursé les frais. Je suis resté très amer de mon expérience chez les Notaires Munger et Fillion.
