Go somewhere else. I dealt with them several times. The first few were fine, as they were simple home purchases or remortgages. Sometimes hard to get ahold of. The last time, they made and error, which cost us thousands. Instead of taking responsibility, he was extremely rude and refused to make amends.

Had him handling the sale of my place. Went in on Tuesday to sign the papers and he told me the money would be in my account by 6:00 pm on Wednesday. The money wasn't there. Called the office Thirsday morning and was told that they got a call at 3:30 on Wednesday that the chequered was ready, but they didn't bother to get it into my account or call to notify me it wouldn't be there. Totally unacceptable customer service which ended up costing me fees that. Shouldn't have had to pay if he kept his word.

They do NOT have lawyers I was told to find my own which wasn't even needed but wasted my $$ to get it done by having a lawyer tell In person this is not even necessary. please be advised this company is a joke about helping you at the best of your interest. Simply go some where else . I don't know how this company is in business.

This is not a notary anyone should ever choose to convey their mortgage. They are extremely incompetent and very unprofessional. Watch out for significant cost escalation, and many "hidden costs" that will get added onto their "quote for service". I do not recommend this company.

Awful experience! Went to him for the sale of our house (we owned with another party) we were never given an exact amount of how much we would get so he calls us tells us our check is ready... we cash it... a month later i receive an email in my JUNK MAIL in an email we dont use and didn't provide to him saying there was a mistake made and we were over paid $8,000. Then I see theres another email a few days later threatening to take us to collections if we dont drop off a check! first off why dont you pick up the phone and call us? or send a letter to our address not expect us to answer an email to an account we didn't even give them!!! they took zero responsibility for their mistakes, no apology nothing! I am very upset how he handled the situation and even more upset that this is how thorough he was with our money and file! I would not suggest anyone going to him if you want mistakes like this to be made and zero responsibility taken by him. Appalled.

I agree with most of the negative reviews on here. This was not a great experience. Here are some of the reasons: 1) Late responses. 2) Unprofessional. Poor attitude. 3) Unexpected holdback costs that weren't mentioned prior to attending the office. We only find out about the outstanding charges when you're at the office finalizing papers. No choice but to sign as the finalization of the house sales were the following day. 4) Holdback payments took over 5 months to return back to us. 5) When they finally decide to send the cheque for the holdback, they sent it to the wrong address. Overall not impressed. I recommend Siebenga & King Law Offices in Surrey.

Stopped in to ask a few questions regarding title on a family property. Karen came out to speak to me. Rude rude rude, kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me explain my situation. No etiquette, no privacy as there were other people in the lobby. Overall awful experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very unprofessional. I never felt they were handling my affairs properly. They missed closing dates, were late for appointments, and when I asked them to follow-up on a matter that was left outstanding for multiple weeks, I was given a very rude reply. Not exactly friendly customer service. Go anywhere else.

Terry Sidhu cannot be trusted. He does not have your best interest at heart nor cares about anything but his bottom line. Beware, there are a lot of fantastic notaries in the Abbotsford and Fraser Valley area. Look elsewhere.

This company made many errors in the transfer of land and mobile home which cost us the sale as the buyer pulled out of the deal due to the length of time the notary took. It’s over 30 days and the job is not complete. They have had our file for over 30 days and choose to transfer the land titles on the 31st day of having the file. I have requested the owner to call me 5 times or more and he will only contact me by email and now he has requested payment before he will finally send documents to the land titles office. Warning warning I agree with the other reviews. His customers do not feel taken care of and this does not seem to matter to the owner as he has only asked for payment and not how he can make things right. Clearly only motivated by his payment!! I have asked several questions to the owner with no answer. I asked him to take responsibility for the errors and write a letter to the buyers notary in hopes that the buyer would understand but all Terri (the owner) did was agree they made errors then ask for payment??? Beware
