I went to another lawyer and my 2 files got refused then i saw Monika in Rajdeep Randhawa's office. She made ready the files again in affordable price as compare to others, afterwards they accepted successfully. Really a big miracle in her hands. All staff is cooperative, professional, hardworking & nice. I wanna give 7stars. Excellent Service????????????

Dont go their especially if its 5 clock Even you call before go because after waiting 35 minutes when your turn came receptionist will tell you we cant do your papers because its 6 o'clock and i am going home they doesn't care you wait 35 minutes four your turn they are so unprofessional unethical rude i never ever want to go back . i like to give 0 star if i could .

Overall, very poor service and communication skills. Mr. Randhawa took too long preparing the paperwork, did it incorrectly, then instead of appologizing, got upset with me. He spoke to me over the phone in a condesending manner and was very rude in person. Not to mention, he did not double check the paperwork done by his staff to see that it was incorrect. Overall, I found Mr. Randhawa to be unprofessional and him and his staff to be very incompetent. Don't recommend going to him at all.

Worse customer service and extremely rude staff. Don't bother using this notary's office for anything you need. The staff there are rude, don't reply back to you, expect unreasonable demands and and will even hang up on you. You're better off going elsewhere. Do not go here just to save a little bit of money.

Without a doubt, I would refer anyone to Rajdeep, such welcoming and organized Notary I have ever been in Surrey. I bought a house recently, the way Rajdeep helped us with our real estate transactions was absolutely professional and efficient and he is definitely a specialist in all required transactions. He was very accurate and way fast in performing and following the stuff. The process was completed with ease and I was very happy with the speed of the process.I would highly recommend Rajdeep Notary Public to anyone regarding their real estate transactions. I would prefer giving less than one star to this office as My experience with this office was not so good at all as the front staff, I don’t the name of that some dark complexioned lady who was screaming on other colleagues , behaving unprofessionally, colleagues using their personal phones and so loudly , was hell , she was not doing her work properly , just roaming here and there and was rudely speaking with the clients ,I will never recommend this office again to anyone

I think maybe if you need an urgent certified copy of something, you come here, otherwise find anywhere else. I saw 3 different people and not one of them even acknowledged me or greeted me...just took the simple affidavit and tried to start figuring out what to do with it. Never invited to sit...just stand at some big-whig’s desk and sign. Fortunately I don’t need these kinds of services too often...

Worst place ever, don't bother going here even if you think you are going to save a few dollars. You are better off spending a little more and getting better service. Incompetent staff and the owner mumbles under his breath you cannot understand a word he is saying. Greedy people just after your money. While Rajdeep goes over your file there is always interruptions with his staff and other client files, so basically he is not concentrating on your file. Worst place ever and over crowded.

Prices are NOT reasonable. I went to get invitation letter notarized which I typed and I emailed them the letter to print. which they use yahoo email (free and not secured) and printed on one paper. they charged me $10 extra for that. charges were for the email which is free to them and one paper which cost nothing. he notarized the letter whithout meeting me and witnessing my signatures. Never Again.

Staff is so rude they dont have any customer service skills, such a horrible and incompetent staff, can't converse in English properly and utterly rude with no people skills, especially receptionist on the front bulky women with frowns on her forehead seems eat me with his horrible eyes.if i asked to something translate , she said we don't translate punjabi documents then why written outside or on website or i asked to fill some applications online, she said we don't..... ridiculous. a year ago my friend done a application of Canadian citizenship from this office from some receptionist she was so humble or kind . I NOW my experience is so bad, don't go this unprofessional peoples and don't waste your money.

Don`t waste your time with this unprofessional idiot. Told me my documents were ready, went to pick them up and they were not ready. I called prior to coming to his office and was told they were ready for pick up. Upon arrival nothing was ready.Completely unprofessional. Don`t tell the customer it is ready when it isn't. Save your time and money and find someone professional to do the job.

Very informative and helpful over the phone. Used Mr. Randhawa as our notary many times in the past. He is quick, the office in conveniently located and much more affordable than other Notary Public's in the area. I highly recommend him.

I have been a realtor for 15 years. I can't comment on the work of Rajdeep but the frontline staff is the rudest I have ever come across of any Notary or Lawyers office in Surrey. It was oversrowded and to be honest looked almost like a sweatshop of sorts. I'll make sure I never ever refer anyone there.

I have been using their Notary service from years. But my recent visit at the store was very disappointing as the front receptionist was very rude and overcharged me. And furthermore, when I asked her to check the error she ignored me, left and never gave me the receipt either. For sure, will never use their service again in future.
