Process was very simple. Got 2 charges withdrawn. I made a rolling stop for one ticket, and didn't notice the cop flagging me down and continued to drive a few blocks and got the second ticket for that. I remember thinking I was screwed since the cop said she had it all on video. However the crown was unable to prove any of these allegations and both tickets were withdrawn. Highly recommended.

Mr. Jaycen Olavario, a paralegal, is a consummate professional with excellent interpersonal business relationship skills. At his office, we discussed all aspects of my Motor Vehicular Accident (M.V.A.) and its resulting serious traffic ticket. Jaycen mentioned that most likely my demerit points would be reduced from six (6) demerit points to two (2) demerit points. Even though my M.V.A. occurred a couple of kilometers north of Steeles Avenue East, the location of the courthouse is in Aurora, Ontario. He attended twice on my behalf. With his expertise, the charges were reduced to a lesser offence as informed and only two (2) demerit points were incurred. Jaycen promptly reported the outcome, returned numerous messages and answered all inquires. Due to the lesser violation he obtained, the amount of the fine and insurance increase were much lower than anticipated. He put my mind at ease through an extremely difficult process. I went to OTT legal after getting a failed to stop at a red light ticket. They were helpful from the beginning. My court date was about 7 months after receiving the ticket. We were waiting on the evidence from the officer but never received it before the court date. OTT legal went to court for me that day and came back to tell me that now the evidence was available and my court date would be pushed till January of the following year. I was definitely frustrated with this because I wanted it over and done with. Eventually the evidence was received however I did find that sometimes I had to email OTT to find out things, instead of them letting me know. In January they went for me again and to my luck the officer never showed up so the charges were dropped! I'm glad that that I went with OTT to save me from taking time off work. Also it ended up costing me less to use them to pay the tickets and especially get the points. Thanks again OTT!

A few months ago I got a traffic ticket (disobey stop sign). I didn't want to collect the demerit points so I fought the ticket. I started to check reviews of Legal Services because it was my first traffic ticket. I could have chosen a well advertised legal firm which has an office close to my home but I decided to go with OTT , based on numerous good reviews. I don't regret my decision. I experienced a very traumatic driving incident in late November of 2015. As I was driving south towards Toronto in between Parry Sound and Sudbury, the weather was very bad as lots of snow was coming down. As a left lane became available (one lane turning into two lanes), I merged into it. It turned out the conditions in this left lane were much worse than the conditions in the right lane. My vehicle ended up hitting on some ice and I was not able to control the vehicle. It was an unfortunate accident as I did not accelerate. I quickly checked to see if the northbound lane had oncoming traffic. Given there was no traffic, I decided to maneuver the vehicle through the northbound lane and slightly into a ditch. This was a more reasonable decision opposed to merging back into the right lane where much traffic occurred. After this incident, a very confrontational angry man (who also was heading south) parked his car and crossed the entire highway. He treated me very poorly in saying the way I drove was unacceptable and I deserve to be convicted of careless driving after he had obtained my name and licence plate number. He contaceted the OPP and demanded that I must wait on scene (that it is my legal duty). I waited on scene for police for two hours as I was instructed to stay. I called police more than a few times, and they always said they would arrive shortly. The police never showed up on scene. After my vehicle was towed while waiting for two hours, I was told by the towing employee that I must follow him to the OPP Station of Still River. At the OPP Station, a police officer asked me only two questions; the protocol question of licence, insurance and registration as well as my description of what happened. I told him exactly what happened based on the description above. Fifteen minutes or so later, the OPP officer approached my vehicle and gave me a ticket for careless driving. He explained that he has had many complaints about my driving, which was his main reason for issuing the ticket. Enter OTT Legal Services, an exceptional effective service. They fought my case in court, and got me off scotch free (no demerit points, no conviction, no fine). The main reason I was not convicted was the OPP Officer gave me a fine of $325 when the set fine is $260. This is a major technical error, which OTT Legal Services fought and got me off. However, I am sure that they had many other successful strategies in fighting for my case (given how it was all hearsay evidence, no collisions and no injury). I could not be more happy or thankful for the service OTT Legal has provided me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who feels they have been wronged with a ticket. Sincerely, Russell Lavis

I contacted Jaycen at the North York office in regard to a complex case. The person driving in front of me braked suddenly in order to turn into a road on the left which clearly had a no entry sign. Not satisfied with thier service. They charge you 340$ for speeding and still you end up convicted and pay fine for the ticket. Insted of going with them i should have gone with prosecutor.

I had a Change Lane - Not in Safety charge that I needed to take care of. I was really worried I would get demerit points and that it would ruin my otherwise clean driving record. I gave OTT Legal and call and they took care of anything. After I paid the fee and sent them a scan of my ticket, all I had to do was wait until they called me back to tell me the charge was withdrawn and that was it.
