I am an overseas student, and I fell into trouble in my first buying a house last summer because of my bad English and my lacking of property experience in Canada. The lawyer at this office took time to try to listen and understand my terrible English, gave me advices kindly, and refused to take advice fee then. He is not only a very professional lawyer but also a kind man sympathized with the lacking of knowledge and trouble situation of a new international student. Through my estate agent, I found out that his lawyer fee which I have paid in my second-time house buying is the most reasonable price in Sydney NS. I am so lucky to having his service. I will strongly recommend him to my classmates who need to buy houses because the lawyer here is really trustworthy.
