Initial appointment was quick but promised actual paperwork takes extremely long. Went to Janick Rodgers for general Power of Attorney (POA). Paid in May and was promised my POA by beginning of June. First two emails requesting my POA went unanswered, we are now July 15th and sent third email. Now told my POA will be sent out on July 19. Unacceptable. Would not recommend Janick Rodger's services.
