I have used Dominique's notary services for closing a 7-plex and was very satisfied with her professional services. At all times I was timely informed of what I needed to do and because of COVID-19 her office utilized Microsoft Teams and online signing which was very helpful. I highly recommend her and will use her notary services again.

I met Dominique a while back and found she was knowledgeable. I told her I wanted to purchase a house and she said she could offer her services. A few week latter, I called her and made an appointment so she could help me out. Before I purchased my home, we met and she went through the purchase process so I could keep my head at peace. It was really stressful for me, this was my first house. You know? You here all sorts of horror stories out there! When I was ready, I made an offer on the house of my dream. When the owner accepted the offer, Dominique was there through out the process so I could enjoy my new and exciting experience. Buying a house should not be stressful, it should be an experience :-). Cancellation of appointment. Impossible to go to the office, virtual notary only. Secretary / receptionist who lacks experience and professionalism. I do not recommend. (Original) Difficile a rejoindre(repond rarement au telephone). Doit faire des suivis constant pour s'assurer que le travail soit fait correctement et dans les delais. Rien de bouge sans faire des suivi a repetition. Annulation de rendez-vous. Impossible de passer au bureau, notaire virtuel seulement. Secretaire / receptionniste qui manque d'experience et de profesionnalisme. Je ne recommande pas.
