We used them to do a courtesy signing for a client of ours that was on vacation this past week and everything went well until it came to being invoiced. We agreed upon a fee of $150 but then got a bill for double it. I called to speak with the individual and they were very unprofessional. I would never recommend using them for another courtesy signing.

I don't know who is writing these reviews?? This is a HUGE SCAM!! I was at the hospital looking for a mobile notary.. I received a call from Rai From a California number.. Then a text stating someone would be there at 4pm And I needed to use my card and pay $350. Of course a RED Flag I had nice local lady came and charged $60 This is a complete scam.. Beware!!!!

Very unexpectedly I needed to arrange for a Power of Attorney form to be notarized in CA and since I am located out-of-state, I had no idea what to do. I found another mobile notary service when I first searched online, and had a horrible experience trying to get information from them. So I searched again and found Rai's. From the very first call, I could tell that Rai and his team were true professionals. Rai went above and beyond to coordinate the appointment, and the notary was exceptional. Everything I needed was taken care of and I am SO grateful! If I ever need another notary in CA, I will certainly call Rai's.

Rai was very professional, experienced, and accommodating. He was able to meet with my father at his residence, on short notice. This was vital as my father is unable to travel. We were ripped off! Requested a notary to have come at 8:30. The notary came and we did 2 signatures. Then he asked if we recieved a quote, we told him no, they just said you will arrive. The only person we talked to was the notary. He told us we were supposed to of recieved a quote first. So he emailed the company. Then got a text to call the 800#. Called and a man who didnt give his name asked to give card over phone. Asked if what the charge is first before giving our card #, he said $250.00!!!! Told him if it was going to be that much we wouldn't of went with their services. But the service was done already and had no choice to pay. We wont use this company anymore.

Extremely overpriced coupled with dismissive staff - hundreds of dollars to notarize one document signed by one person. When I called to confirm the quote I instantly received was accurate, the employee was DISMISSIVE AND RUDE. I rarely leave google reviews but I was very taken aback by the audacity to charge such prices coupled with dismissive and rude service.

I called to make an appointment for my parents. Quoted $175 for five signatures, which I thought was outrageous to begin with but we were desperate. I had to go but left my parents with him to take care of the signatures. Came back and found out he didn’t notarize all the papers (just two papers) and charged them $150.00. The other positive reviews are probably fake or his friends/ family members. Be aware and steer clear of this guy.

Notaries do NOT accept assignment from this Agency! Rai will NOT pay you! I accepted a last minute assignment from Rai. He texted me a photo of a envelope with my address on it saying he was sending the payment same day. Almost a month later every time I contacted Rai about my payment he would give me an excuse. To date I have not received the payment for my services.

1 star for taking advantage of a sad situation. I will give 4 stars for their ability to show up with in an hour 1/2. Our adoption fell through at the hospital here at Lubbock children's hospital and so I had to call and cancel the notary.They charged 450.00 for two documents and two signatures- they refused to work with me and give me a percentage of the 450.00 back. Thanks for adding insult to injury. I can understand a cancelation fee for the cost and trouble but to take 450.00 is just shameful. I don't have the energy to fight. My heart is already broken.
