First of all, they are very professional with the notary service and have very reasonable price. I would like to suggest one improvement to provide color print notary and please start accepting credit/debit cards as payment. Had very bad experience with Google map which shows completely opposite direction from page intersection and it almost took 45 mins for me to find the place. I have suggested Google to correct the location. Not sure how much time it may take..

Office is NOT open despite what it says on their website AND on google. And to boot, they were incredibly rude. No “sorry about that”, no “we apologize” just chatty with themselves and a back handed “have a good day”. Never again.

Well, I added on the photo section here proof of conversation with a mobile notary that they hired for me to work with. Apparently don't dare tell this notary you felt they acted unprofessionally or they will just quit on you completely. When PDQ finally reached out to tell me who would replace her as a notary, I had to bring up the topic of the first notary. They weren't even trying to address it let alone apologize. Finally the rep said they'd keep an eye out for her. This was all just awkward. I'm not a difficult person to apologize to. I don't get it.

I have been a notary for about 10 years since 2005.. This place lowballs notaries then asks for"credentials" that are not the norm in the industry I would say look elsewhere as a notary never finalized the closing with them but that's my opinion.

We needed a notary at short notice and Mark at PDQ came through for us. We had someone at our house at the time we needed and it was a very painless process that helped us meet a deadline for the sale of our house. If you need a notary to come to you, I can’t think of a better option.

Lindsey, one of the staff members was one of the nicest people. The other two people who sat on the left side of the room (both blondes) on the other hand were pretty rude and full of themselves. "You're going to have to wait until I finish my work". This was during their walk-in period. Some way to treat your customers. Pretty unprofessional. So I guess it depends on who you get to talk to.
