went to the library to fill out a voter's form. the two young gentlemen were very polite. i like people with manners cause that means the places that have those kinds of people will be enjoyable and pleasant experience. i don't like getting mad.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly! I just got my card and can't wait to have access to audio books and be able to download books onto my kindle! I've been paying a lot of money listen and read without realizing I could be using the library's resources for free. Everything seems very clean and organized, and my son and I have been enjoying visiting.

Nice layout and large but it does have homeless people sitting in the nice chairs. I guess they like it since it shields them from the weather and offers free bathrooms but I rather they get a tent by the river with Chris Farley since they wreck the Starbucks vibe for me when I read current magazines

Although the smaller library branches are not in operation at this time, I am so grateful that Fort Smith's main branch remains open by appointment at least. Wonderful experience. Staff members very helpful. No complaints!

Big, welcoming, diverse selection. Have Yu-Gi-Oh! Tournaments on Saturdays. Can get private sitting or room pretty easy. Free wifi. Close at 5 on Saturdays. Went in around 2. Haven't been bothered by anyone. Super nice since I forgot my earbuds.

I have been to many libraries in the USA, both large and small, rural or urban as can be measured-this one is splendid for the size city it represents. Large, modern and well situated with plenty of parking and aesthetically pleasing, locals should be pleased with it for all the aforementioned reasons and all the not mentioned ones also. When directly comparing to the City Library in Odessa, TX it stands out in glory, although larger the city does not have a decent library. You can safely say Odessa Texas has much more money and resources partly due to the oil industry, and you can ascertain that the City Administrators do not allocate funds in that area or budje
