Staff were very friendly and the hygiene practices behind the counter were top notch. However I did notice nobody cleaning the tables in the front after someone left. The drink machine was pretty messy as well.

Since new ownership I have had more bad experiences than good. Certain employees make it a point to tell you what you can and can't do to your sub. They can be very rude to you. The pleasant experience I've had is with the owner. The ingredients are not ripe. The tomato's are white sometimes and the stems are always tossed in with the rest. I've also been told from a previous employee that they had left because the owner refuses to pay stat pay and was holding checks. After hearing that I do not support this business. This is Canada. Everyone is equal....

Careful when placing an online order.... It will tell you Ready Today @ time selected, but in your email and online order status it will be for the next day at said/chosen time. I got there to get my order, and they said they never received it. We checked my email confirmation, and the staff was correct. the order was placed for the next day?? They told me i could cancel the order via the APP or online... I can not! Now I have to argue with my credit card company to dispute the online order. However, the staff recreated my order on the spot & I was there less than 5-min "quicker than McDonald's FF drive-thru or curbside pickup VIA there APP" - APP/Online orders be careful, i've never had a problem with the in-store staff or service. Would have given more Stars, but the fact that I now have to dispute a CC charge because I cannot cancel an order for tomorrow via the APP or online site.... Why did I already get charged for an order that hasn't even happened yet?

Great updated menu. Healthy options for a good price. It was very clean in the restaurant and bathrooms. Best sub we’ve gotten here in a long time. The gentleman helping us was very kind, polite and speedy. Very impressed with his service. Would recommend this store for a quick healthy meal.

Food is good and staff is friendly depending on who you get. Set up for waiting for your food is a bit crazy sometimes when it gets busy in the restaurant while your waiting in line if you have a takeout order seating is very limited but the staff does move the line very quickly and the food is great its nice that you can see exactly what is going on you sub sandwich.

This place is a big hit with my family. The freedom to add whatever toppings we want is the best. Everytime we visit here the bread is fresh, the toppings are usually well stocked and this place is always clean. The staff for the most part are friendly.
