RE: Obtaining an NBI clearance from Philippines. Originally tried using instructions on embassy website and tried to do it myself - what a nightmare trying to get something returned and found out the hard way ($80) that couriers won't send even less than $5 cash. Using JCA Law, they took care of sending my papers to Philippines, dealing with the NBI offices, and return for almost half the cost of doing it myself with DHL couriers. On top, they kept us informed when they received our papers, when the NBI clearance was granted, and when it was received in Canada. Highly recommend as the best way to obtain your NBI clearance from Canada.

The turnaround time was pretty quick; I got my clearance in mail in less than 3 weeks, which was earlier than expected (Their website says getting your clearance to your door would take up to 6-8 weeks due to likely delays caused by the pandemic). They are also happy to respond to any questions that you might have about their service, and they respond within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, my experience with them had been smooth, and I'm satisfied with their service.

Had them do a visitor visa and a sponsorship visa for my wife. They did a terrible job on the visitor visa getting facts wrong and leaving out pertinent information. After the visitor visa was refused i had to cancel their services with them keeping my retainer of course. Very unhappy with the inept and incompetent service provided by this firm

I had the worst experience with them! I used this firm for my application for permanent residence under spouse sponsorship. Everytime I had a question,I called, email and txt them but it would takes few weeks before they would reply or respond to me. At Times that I really need help as an Emergency they did not call me "BACK" or answered my call. Worst thing was , when I was able to reach them, they ask for another consultation fee of $150 for 15min Plus taxes . plus $450/hr. after that. There all about money,I thought cause they are my fellow people they wont take advantage of my situation!THEY ARE THE WORST FIRM don't ever deal with them !!

Hai This organization is really trustworthy. I got a last minute call from my agent stating iam required to produce a Dubai PCC for my wife ,with only 1month in my hand I was worried and didn't had any idea whom to trust and whon not to .my friend suggest JCA.without wasting any time I called them ,Jovie who works there ,she picked up the call and explained the process. She and her team is really helpful and I got my PCC in 35th day. I was really happy to get it. JCA Law Office provides excellent and professional service from inquiry to handing of output. I have my papers processed (SPA, ODS and PCG Authentication) at their office, and Ms. Jovie explained patiently what is needed and what the process will be. Likewise, with the lawyer who signed my SPA, he explained the document in a way that I would understand. Regarding the processing time, I received a call from Ms. Jovie that my papers are ready for pick-up earlier than expected. When I went and picked up my document, I was amazed at how the final product was presented- it was neatly tucked inside the company folder (below is a photo of their folder). It gives you a hint of how organized they are. Overall, their service is truly commendable and worth recommending.
