Went to discuss transferring a deed for a property and she was going to over charge me by $1000+... she wanted $2700 when I found it could be done for $1500. Yesterday she said about $2500 and today she upped it by $200 because I was paying the seller directly, as agreed bewtween us (seller and buyer) and not through her office. Snobby and arrogant in my opinion. Poor service. How the review got 5 stars is beyond me.
