Horrible experience...Abstain from Paltu Kumar Sikder’s services. Had to notarize my marriage certificate as per OCI application requirement, and such was Paltu Kumar Sikder's incompetence and negligence, he stamped his name and signed the document but the seal was of another lawyer, Vicky Kulpret Bawa (as shown in the attached pictures). Next day, when I had gone to Official Documents Services office in downtown Toronto, they pointed out Paltu's mistake and hence they did not subsequently attest my document. As a result my trip to Official Documents Services was wasted and had to go back to Paltu Kumar Sikder to rectify his carelessness. Paltu needs to get his act together. His services are absolutely NOT recommended. Refrain from his pathetic services.

Never recommend this place and avoid it. Very cheap customer service ever I experienced. No professionalism. Instead of apologizing customer service representative arguing without listening or understand. Took an appointment, went on time and asked me to come next time . Very disgusting.
