You can't get hold of Joshi ever and He doesn't return your calls when you need either. Jyoti at the office does not know what she is doing. Better peace of mind and service use someone else many good options out there.

I am reading the reviews of others and wonder why they were so upset with this Law office. This Joshi Law Office has no other branch and they do not do traffic tickets and paralegal stuff. I wonder if the people negatively reviewing on those matters mean some other similarly named law office. I would request them to delete their reviews if those were for a law office other than Mr. Rakesh Joshi's law firm, Joshi Law Office situated in Etobicoke, Ontario. I personally prefer to give them my clients business all the time. Remember they are solicitors and not customer service company and we are so used to getting preferential treatment. Mr. Joshi, himself, will go way beyond his means to help clients. Unfortunately, staff may err despite instructions to serve better. This happens with even big name businesses. Mr. Joshi was so understanding and cooperative that he came on a Sunday to help my clients sign the paperwork they were closing the next day. Another time he stayed late night and had to ask for a private legal assistant to help complete the commercial listing paperwork. We like to blame others but never look upon ourselves on how we behaved. I would ask those complainants if they brought their issues up to the notice of Mr. Joshi himself. He is simply brilliant and super accommodative. I shall definitely refer him to everyone who asks me about getting legal help.

A circus. Prepare to be frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and the front desk ladies who perform the multiple tasks of reception, phones, accounting, paralegal etc. Professionalism? Hah!

Over two months after my house closing, still have no documents. My previous mortgage wasn't closed, my home insurance wasn't cancelled, I'm still getting billed for the rental water heater and thermostat, and I don't even have any info on these, as I gave all of this to the lawyer, like they asked! Also, when being verbally given the email address, I asked the secretary to spell it out for me, she spelled it out as "Joshi, like Joshi @...." I actually had to explain that I needed her to spell it out with letters from the alphabet. They also spelled my name wrong on the documents, more than once, it's 11 letters, total. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would.

What a nightmare. The receptionist is very unprofessional and Completely out to lunch. I had an appointment set up the day before, and got a call only 2 hours before my appointment asking if I can come in earlier. Very unprofessional but either way I agreed. Not only that, when I was on my way they put a deadline on me because the lawyer was leaving early. How is that the client’s fault? I never ended up finding the place and they were rude and demanding. I’m glad I never stepped foot in that office. Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs. The lawyer seems very arrogant.

I would give a zero star but there is no option and paralegal guy was friendly. I saw reviews on Google but had to come here as it was near my job n I needed the work done by ASAP. They overcharged and asked me to come pick up document on other day, did not even try to be flexible with my time so had to go there in between my job. And still my work wasn't done. So waited there for it to be done. Attitude!!. Oh man!!.so bad like there are doing me a favor. Won't recommend to anyone i know and to whoever is reading this. There are some better options within 5 minutes of drive from this location(came to know later). Hope this help.
