Very poor service. We hired them for our property buying but they didn’t contact us for more than a month and then we pressurized them and they contacted and prepared the papers at the very last minute. Reason: oh it is crazy over here for these days. My advice to you is that please take the cases which you can chew. Greed is curse! I wouldn’t recommend them at all to anyone. No customer service attitude as well. They even don’t ask for water or coffee when you go there. Worst ever! Stay away if you don’t want want to waste the money and time and like your peace of mind.

We had a great experience with Copeland McKenna, they completed our home sale and transfer of title for our new home and I found them to be in line or less expensive than I would have expected. While the sale of our home was straightforward, we had a nuisance neighbour who tried to tried to leverage the sale to basically extort money from us for a defect on their property by trying to compromise our sale. Gianfranco gave us very good legal advice, explained legally why we had no obligation and once the neighbour's lawyer was involved, Anne shut them down with a very direct letter. A very welcoming place, not lawyerly at all. The support staff we dealt with were all terrific, from Melanie to Toni, all very friendly and responsive. 5 Stars all round!
