Ms Stevenson was initially responsive, friendly, and respectful when I approached her to handle my real estate purchase. However, nearly as soon as I signed her on as my notary, she was quickly difficult to get a hold of and did not return phone calls or answer emails. It added a tremendous amount of stress to the negotiations and even my real estate agent commented on her unprofessionalism. Finally, Ms Stevenson charged me an extra fee for potentially wiring funds for my purchase, and when the transaction happened without the need for wiring she did not reimburse me for this fee, despite previous assurances.

Lisa recently did my Will, Power of Attorney, and Representation Agreement for my partner and I, and she was exceptional to deal with, especially with Covid19 amongst us. I cannot recommend her enough. It was also half the price of what I was quoted from a law office in town, and she got it done in the time frame that I needed. Also, her location could not be better with free parking next door. Highly recommend!
