I once hired them to do my taxes for me, which was fine. They got that right. I paid them for their services and thought nothing more of it. One year later, they send me another bill. This time for about $100. When I called them and asked them about it they told me it was because they had to speak to the CRA on my behalf and charged me for it. They did not provide details of what they spoke to tge CRA about regarding me. Then they informed me that they deserved to be paid for their work. I found the experience very unpleasant and refuse to do business with them.
