Wouldn’t recommend this notary for a number of reasons as there are plenty that offer better customer service and cheaper rates for legalization of a property sale. Communication was nonexistent during signatories and I had to call numerous times to receive my own documentation online upon completion. You’re just a number here and it’s a bigger one than you expect in the end, comparatively elsewhere.

Poor customer service and communication from staff. Cost way more than estimate. The Notary didn’t even introduce himself to me when I signed paperwork, instead I only met the secretary that rushed me through within minutes. On the bright side, there were no mistakes with the paperwork so they did everything right with the job paid for but they make you feel like you’re not important.

Went to get papers signed and witnessed. I was in and out in a few min. Customer service was a little lacking with the front desk staff. But all in all, decent.

Do not use this Notary, He has no idea of what he is doing and will waste your time. I had a simple disclaimer deed for him to notarize and i emailed it to him 3 hours in advance of my appointment. He was not only 15 minutes late , but he began to lecture me on the document telling me he could not notorize it? I asked why he didnt tell me this hours ago instead of choosing to waste my time? Its a simple 1 page document that i have had notorized multiple times in the past, he said notaries cannot sign it guess what i got a notary to sign it the next day. Horrible arrogant person with no work ethic.

Amount charged was more than what was quoted. He said since my sale was higher he has to charge more. If you want to do any forms yourself he advises against it and makes the process stressful. He is more than happy to charge you. Only interested in profit not service.

The fee was $150 which is a standard rate but they charged $170 - as they ROUNDED THE TAX UP???? Very unprofessional!!! I know it is only $2 but come on - ridiculous - rounding up the tax This was for an 86 year old lady !!

Final price ended up being twice the amount quoted. No advance warning of the additional cost. Numerous missed emails in their office and they seemed generally confused, like there was very little communication among the staff and Vaid. This business is one that quotes low to bring in the work and adds on as you go. Bait and switch. Anyway, in the end it all got completed satisfactorily but at a significantly higher price. There's plenty other notaries around.
