Didn't get a chance to meet Gurpreet. But his receptionist needs to learn basics of communication. Booked an appointment and travelled to his office to get an affdavit notorized. She filled in details on behalf of Gurpreet in my affdavit and asked my wife to be present in person for signature,which was not possible at the moment. She could have informed me earlier over call or not filled my affdavit. Wasted my time,money and effort. Would not visit again.

Gurpreet Minhas is the most accommodating Notary I have ever dealt with. As a Property Manager/New HomeCare Manager I have dealt with numerous Notaries and hands down he is the most focused, most professional and most proactive towards his clients needs. I will only deal with Surrey Notary moving forward. From when the moment I arrive to leaving the door after everything is in place they always make me and my clients feel like family. Coming from an industry professional, my hat goes off to Surrey Notary as they are really the only notary I recommend.

I use to be their regular customer for all my needs for notarization. This time I needed to print my documents at their office and they said it will cost me extre $50 on top my me regular fees. I had approx 10-15 pages to print out. I just couldn't believe they charge $50 to print 15 pages. They stated because it includes labour as well. Rip off for people in need.

Gupreet is tops! He is one of the most personable people I have met in the professional field.Easy to talk with and helpful when needed, and very good at his job. Met with him for only a short while, but he makes you feel as if he has known you for a long time and is a valued client.Did i mention too that he has very kindly people working with him and that he is good looking to boot.

I would like to give them minus (-5) if there would be an option. Most illiterate and irresponsible staff. They all have different opinions about the same thing at a same time. They charge way more extra then others. When I called , the person on the phone (owner) was keep laughing and was not paying attention to my words. When I said to him that can you please listen carefully??? as I am talking about something professional !!!then he handed over the phone to another person. Even after all of this, I requested them to show me the paper that they made 6 months back then he and another lady was laughing and said we are not keeping the records. And all of sudden they said if I am ready to pay again then they can show me the papers !!!! I would not recommend these greedy guys to anyone at any cost. Also, Narinder Kaur said to me to come on certain time to collect my papers and when we went there she said oh papers will be ready only if you will pay another $100. So I was totally confused about the fees system. She told me $30 then she changed it suddenly. They need cash but they are not ready to give the receipt. Last but not the least, I went to the office to see if they can help me then the men who was communicating with me…. Was totally irresponsible person, he was laughing and smiling when I was trying to explain him the situation as he was owner but no he was way more unprofessional than his staff. Then he closed the door and started pointing the finger towards me and yes i given the same reply as well in the “language” that he can understand. They wasted my 4-5 days just to show me the previous records. The fees that they were expecting was $100 and I got done my work within $16.00 only and just within 15 minutes.

Idk why people rated 5 stars to this place. They only accept cash in times of Covid and won’t be wrong to say for maybe tax evasion and the owner says you can give cheque, dd too. Like why not debit/credit coz you know everyone will get cash instead. Secondly the manager/owner (she) was super rude. There are no covid rules being followed. Half the staff without masks and they have no sanitizer left aside sanitation.

GP Minhas has helped us with our housing purchase documents twice now. We first used his services in 2012 with our first home purchase. The expierience was trouble free and GP's office took a lot of the stress out of purchasing the house. When we decided to purchase our new home, I called upon his services again. I found his office to be flexible and very quick with processing the required documents. GP made sure that all steps of our purchase met the required deadlines. When we had questions, either him or his staff was available to answer them. I have no problems recommending GP to my friends and family to help with their notary requirements.

He charges much more than others for the similar work. Example, a letter of invitation or sponsership letter to invite someone to come to Canada for a short visit is $30-$40 with every notary but Gurpreet charges $60 for the same letter. Shop around, ask him his charges before giving him any job

This place is not a place to go. I didn't get chance to meet the notary public but his staff is very unprofessional, rude especially the lady is racist and I personally have a doubt about her educational background and have also difficulty to deal with time management because she was not able to tell me what kind of service they offer and doesn't even look at the document. I went somewhere else and the problem got solve.

Worst experience ever made us the wrong document. We went all the way downtown with this letter to the visa office spent 2 hours there only to hear that they used incorrect wording on the letter. Then we went back to the notary office and instead of saying sorry I will fix it, the lady said there would be extra charges. When I questioned the charges since it was there mistake why should we have to pay more she was very rude and abrupt. She told me and my mom to leave and come back with and APPOINTMENT. Worst experience ever felt very disrespected all they want is ur money. Check around for other notaries before choosing them. I mean why are we paying for there mistakes it makes no sense. Wasted my time and money.
