Just a word of caution - Stay away and find another professional for your work, if you possibly can. Highly unprofessional customer service and poor quality of work. On top of all, rude behaviour and no acceptance to even listen to your request : ( : (

Dharma found that a house i was purchasing was a grow-up even though the sellers and sellers realtor reported it was not. Because of that, i did not purchase the place but found something better. Thanks Dharma.

I called ahead to see if he was available. Told me to come right in. No trouble at all! He was polite and efficient and made sure I knew what I was signing. *Does not take card payments of any kind. Cash or cheque*

Walk in to arrange a simple certificate. Do you have an appointment? No Come back 2 weeks from now on Xth date between 10-5. Nice catch 22. How does this guy stay in business? It's service industry with word of mouth. Papers cluttered all over the counter. So glad I didn't use his service.
